What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is about addressing a challenge or concern that you are struggling with. You know, when something is “off” in your mind, body, or spirit. We all know what it feels like when things just aren’t quite clicking, and you don’t feel like yourself. My role as a wellness coach, is to guide you to becoming “unstuck.” My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges and work with you to make mindful changes that positively affect your overall health.

Personal wellness coaching results in empowerment, strength, and balance. The process includes identifying a challenge, setting a desired outcome, supporting and maintaining accountability throughout the journey and celebrating successes. Ultimately, wellness coaching allows for you to evolve into an even better version of yourself than you already are today.

Wellness Packages

Wellness packages include multiple sessions, which allows us to get to know one another, determine goals, identify simple action steps, and help you work towards positive outcomes through intention setting. When we meet either on Zoom or phone call we discuss your progress. celebrate successes, work through challenges and determine next steps.

What is included in a wellness package?

  • 6 sessions over Zoom

  • Each session is approximately 60 minutes

  • We meet every two weeks

  • Each session I share a visualization, breathing technique or stress reduction tool.

  • Email follow up from me after each session with detailed notes and outline of next steps

  • Support between sessions via email

  • Shared resources and content to help you reach your goals

When hiring a wellness coach you want to work with someone that you can relate to and someone that you can trust.  I like to start with a conversation first to make sure we are going to be a good fit. I call this a discovery call. We chat for about 30 minutes around your goals, intentions, dreams, motivations and challenges. We talk about your future self and what’ you think is holding you back. You walk away from this call with a few action steps to get started on right away even if you don’t decide to work with me. The discovery call is completely free and there is no obligation to sign up.

I coach busy moms and female professionals to go from feeling frazzled and overwhelmed to focused and balanced. I work with women who are independent thinkers, curious about doing something different when it comes to their own wellness journey. I work with women looking to create positive routines to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I work with women that are focused on becoming the best versions of themselves through the mindset of “progress, not perfection.” Through coaching I help my clients:

  • Establish positive routines that focus on overall health- physical, mental and spiritual

  • Prioritize themselves without guilt

  • Find value in their personal wellness journey

  • Hold themselves accountable

  • To nurture the sweet and manage the sour in everyday life.

My company name - Lemonade Living - comes from a reference that my mom always used with me growing up. She always said, “Anna, when life gives you lemons, you always make lemonade.” It is a common saying that many people share but it’s a message that I try to live by daily.

Life is about creating that perfectly balanced glass of lemonade. The kind with the right amount of sour and sweet. Lemonade Living comes from that point of trying to find balance in life: accepting the sour while nurturing the sweet.
